The workers compensation fund is a fund that has been established to help those that are injured on the job to get back on their feet after an accident. In cases where an on the job related accident prevent s the worker from doing his or her job the workers compensation fund helps to pay for the loss of wages that are incurred because a person cannot physically do the work that they once did.

Tragically the number of cases that are examined and claimed for are related to hearing or eyesight loss as industrial complexes use heavy machinery to produce there finished work. In such cases the money that would have been sent to the injured party will be tied up in red tape and the needed money that will pay for living expenses will have to be fought for by attorneys on behalf of the accident victim.
